The FRAG Center is looking to open up the rear 1/4 of the store for an outside complimentary business to sublease the space from us inside the store. We are looking for a business model that will offer services that compliment our own line up of goods and services. The package will include: Footage inside the store with direct access to the higher traffice rear Albert street entrance and rear picture window. Electric will be covered* A/C will be covered Triple nets will be covered Internal security system/alarm system via ADT will be covered. Highspeed internet will be covered.
